From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On 06/28/2020, at approximately 12:30 p.m. EDT the pilot stated he made his first takeoff of the day and the door of the aircraft popped open shortly after takeoff so he landed on the remaining runway. After a taxi back to runway 23, an uneventful takeoff was performed. The pilot stated upon flying the traffic pattern for runway 23 he failed to lower the landing gear prior to landing. During recovery of the aircraft from the runway the aircraft was lifted and the landing gear was extended on its own and towed back to the hangar. The aircraft suffered damage to the prop, nose gear doors, and passenger loading steps.
