On downwind gear was selected down gear extended but no green light. Gear was manually pressurized with hand pump, still no green light. Visual inspection showed all three gear appeared to be extended. Tail low landing was made with no pressure on nose gear. Touch and go was executed. On downwind gear was once again pressurized down with hand pump, still no green light. Landing was done keeping nose gear off ground as long as possible, when nose gear settled to ground it retracted and prop struck the ground.
