What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Pilot misjudged approach to ID74. Aircraft was high and fast and did not touch down until past the half way point of the runway. Aircraft bounced hard at least twice and pilot applied power to attempt a go around. Evidence would suggest that prior to application of power the aircraft struck a parked aircraft's propeller, causing the aircraft to go out of control and veer left into the trees. The left wing was sheered off in the trees and the aircraft came to rest on fire and was destroyed.
