From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot reported that he was cleared to land his tailwheel RV-3 on runway 6 right by the tower at Ryan Airfield (kryn). When aircraft was passing over the numbers at about ten feet above the runway, in the roundout transition, he said that he noticed a dust column (dust devil) off his left wing. The aircraft stalled and hit the runway and immediately veered to the left off the runway and went into the dirt. Damage to aircraft was not substantial and the aircraft was able to taxi back to ramp.
