From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On 11/05/2020 about 10:00AM a student pilot took off on his first solo flight. Previous to his first solo take off he did three takeoffs and landings with his flight instructor, two were touch-n-goes and one a full stop taxi back. After the full stop taxi back landing the flight instructor got out of the plane and supervised the next landing.

Upon the student's first landing, according to his flight instructor, the student bounced the plane and then landed. The CFI stated about 50 ft. on rollout the student applied the brakes veered right then veered left and locked the brakes and skidded off runway 27 at Riverside Airport into the infield near taxiway f.

The tower told the student to shutdown the airplane and wait for airport personnel.

Airport personnel met the student at the aircraft and secured the scene. Airport personnel found a yellow painted taxiway light was run over and found yellow markings on the left outside area of the left wheel fairing on the airplane.

An inspector from the Riverside FSDO viewed the aircraft on 11/06/2020, and noted the markings on the aircraft. Markings were also found on the nose and the prop.

The student pilot's account of the event matched what his flight instructor reported.
