From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On November 18, 2020, at approximately 2030 local time, a Beech 300 aircraft, N111SS, registered to super B1 LLC and operated by an ATP rated pilot, landed safely at Gerald r. Ford airport (grr) after declaring an emergency due to landing gear issues. The flight was being operated under the provisions of title 14 code of federal regulations part 91 with a flight plan in which the intended route was from jack edwards national airport (jka) to gratiot community airport (amn). The aircraft departed jka at approximately 1710 local time with the pilot and 2 passengers on board. Upon entering the airport traffic pattern at amn in VMC conditions the gear handle was lowered with no response. The pilot checked the circuit breaker and noted that it had tripped and notified ATC of the issue, recycled the breaker, and attempted a second time with the breaker tripping again. The pilot notified ATC he would be diverting to grr and upon arriving at grr the emergency gear extension system was deployed, and then a tower flyby to verify extension of gear followed by a successful landing with no injuries.

After the safe landing at grr, the pilot elected to take the aircraft to the repair station on the field and they began the troubleshooting process. It was determined that the hydraulic power pack assembly had failed and it was replaced with an inspected unit and operational checks were good.

As the FAA filed it
