I was on taxiway papa taxiing to my hangar located in d hangar row. As I was taxiing, a plane or vehicle headed towards me, turned on its bright lights and blinded me for a moment. It was very dark in the ramp area where I was trying to exit to get to my hangar. As a result, I cut the turn to soon and wound up in the ditch that was full of water.
