From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

12/28/2020 The PIC departed 60R to the north and performed several flight conditions checks as the aircraft was new to the PIC. The PIC elected to terminate the local area flight and returned to 60R, performed a before landing check mentally and landed the aircraft not realizing he had not extended the gear. When asked if he had heard the gear warning horn he stated there was no horn. Upon further investigation it was found that the warning horn was inop because of a damaged horn module.
