From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft landed around the 500 foot mark, and rolled straight for about 1000 to 500 feet when the aircraft suddenly veered right. At this point the pilot put in full left rudder, but it had no effect. The aircraft skidded while veering right and the left main wheel popped off. The aircraft came to rest near the right side of the runway at about the 1000 foot mark. As the aircraft came to a stop, the nose gear separated from the aircraft.
