From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Wednesday, March 10, 2021, about 1003HRS PST, RV-14, N276EM, during landing rollout on rwy 34, on runway centerline, prior to turning to exit the runway to taxi back to hangar, pilot in command applied brakes causing the tail to rise and the propeller to strike the ground. Aircraft came to rest on the spinner. Weather conditions - winds were calm, with high clouds and unlimited visibility. Auburn muni airport operations personnel were on scene within 5 minutes of the event. Airport operations briefly closed rwy 34 for approximately 1 hour while aircraft was brought back down to its tailwheel, towed off runway via taxiway A3, and runway area inspected and cleaned of any debris. Airport operations provided 360 degree photos of aircraft on the runway centerline prior to lowering tailwheel and towing. Subsequent FAA inspection of the aircraft noted that damage was limited to the propeller tips and the spinner where the aircraft rested on. No damage noted on engine cowling, engine mounts, firewall, fuselage skin, or any other structural components.
