From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot landed gear up after getting distracted by a citation jet that called downwind at the same time the pilot called downwind. Pilot was also the mechanic that worked on N6195B, a customer's aircraft, and appeared to be on a maintenance test flight.

Pilot's statement;

In an effort to finish a job I flew 6195B to gather information to set manifold pressure switch

As per Cessna 210 maintenance manual figure 5-32.upon returning to the pattern I made

Crosswind and downwind calls, immediately after calling downwind a citation called same

Startling me. He was annoyed or startled to pass that close and began a radio altercation. My

Distraction led me to a gear up landing. I didn't fallow my normal procedure.
