From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Statement:

Pilot (privacy data omitted) states tower instructed N787DR to slow down due to inbound alert 1 aircraft , the tower then requested turn left 360 degrees to make space for the alert 1 aircraft. I then raised flaps to 15 degrees and the landing gear, then performed a left 360 degree turn, went around then set up again on approach for rwy 16. I then reestablished approach to rwy 16 and upon landing realized landing gear was not down and locked. PIC thought he saw 3 green, and didn?t hear the siren.
