From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Airman departed paaq in his C-140 and was practicing landings on a gravel bar near the knik glacier. Upon landing the aircraft began slowing rapidly and the tail came up and the airplane nosed over and flipped onto its back. The pilot suspected the main wheels hit a soft/mushy gravel spot on the gravel bar and he might have applied brakes a little too heavily, causing the plane to flip over. 1 person on board (just the pilot), no injuries, aircraft substantially damaged.
