From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On may 1, 2021, just before 11:30AM HST privacy data omitted approached the airport at Lanai.privacy data omitted Approached the VOR from the west and turned for a long final to the runway. At that point everything on the flight had gone smoothly, including the approach into the airport. At touch down a gust of wind hit the aircraft. It knocked the left tire onto the ground and caused the aircraft to yaw and roll left. Once the other tires settled the aircraft started rolling towards the left side of the runway. The privacy data omitted tried to correct with rudder but it wasn?t effective enough to keep the aircraft from rolling off the runway. Once on the grass control was lost. The aircraft hit the dirt access road that runs alongside the runway. It dips down, it caused the nose gear to collapse and break off, which in turn caused the aircraft to flip over. The privacy data omitted made an emergency call and exited the aircraft.
