From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On 6/9/21 flying into klgc at 0810Z. When coming in on the visual runway 13 touchdown at the 1000 foot markers and 500 feet down the runway the pilot saw the left landing light go dark for a second as if something blocked the light, it was at that moment that my PIC said deer. He said after touchdown he saw deer running left to right right at by the plane, the PIC continued the landing rollout as normal as he didn't hear any loud strike. Upon shutting down on the ramp and opening the door the crew saw the left outboard flap had been stuck and also the right inboard flap. It was at the time the flight crew reached out to thechief pilot to advise him of the situation.
