From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

06/20/2021, The pilot operating N2932W departed OH77 from the grass at a heading around 219 degrees which is perpendicular to runway 1/19. The aircraft became airborne and was in ground effect when the aircraft experienced a crosswind gust which lifted the right wing and almost made the left wing impact the ground. The pilot compensated for the crosswind and by the time the aircraft was corrected the aircraft impacted a fence post for a fence line that runs north and south. The aircraft landed safely on the other side of the fence line. The aircraft incurred damage to the propeller, dented and torn metal belly panels, torn belly fabric and a dented aft horizontal tube of the aircraft. Structure.
