From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

N40JB traveling from opn to mcn on 7/18/2021 was cleared to land in mcn on rwy 23. Aircraft landed and on roll out experienced the nose gear collapsed followed by the left and right landing gear collapse. Upon initial inspection of the landing gear motor and gearbox, found the landing gear gearbox not in the down and locked position and all three landing gear push rods were bent. Investigation was inconclusive due to the damage sustained during gear collapse and recovery efforts.
