What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
08/26/2021: Aircraft was empty PA-18 landing on rwy 18 at 4AK6. When crossing threshold at ~20' AGL, aircraft encountered severe crosswind from the left causing upset with near loss of control. Pilot recovered and landed without further incident and back taxied to approach end to exit toward hangar. While clearing runway onto z taxiway, aircraft encountered severe propwash from BE-200 at 145 repair station hangar performing full power engine runs with thrust directed toward txwy/rwy intersection. Wash lifted right wing and spun aircraft hard over onto the left wing bending spar. BE-200 was not previously visible to pilot due to multiple aircraft including BE-1900 parked in runway and taxiway easements. BE-200 was not monitoring any radios and pilot had to call 145 owner on cell phone to get engine runs to stop.
