Aircraft was taking off at grass strip 2 miles up the kustatan river. While taking off the aircraft struck a glass clump which spun the aircraft causing its wing damaging it. There was one person aboard who was uninjured by the event but the aircraft sustained substantial damage.

AIRCRAFT WAS TAKING OFF AT GRASS STRIP 2 MILES UP THE KUSTATAN RIVER. WHILE TAKING OFF THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK A GLASS CLUMP WHICH SPUN THE AIRCRAFT CAUSING ITS WING DAMAGING IT. THERE WAS ONE PERSON ABOARD WHO WAS UNINJURED BY THE EVENT BUT THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
