What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
On September 28, 2021, N212HT, an R44 landed on alpha helipad on ifc north ramp, Miami executive airport. While maneuvering to the ramp and landing, the pilot induced a loss of yaw control. Lifted and crashed into the fence. It is evident, the pilot did not roll the throttle down from 101% when he landed. The aggressiveness of the left yaw requires full left pedal input with the engines producing more than idle speed. With the ease and speed of the helicopter lifting, required a lifting of the collective and engines producing 101%. Miami dade fire rescue called the tower to advise about the helicopter, and an alert iii was issued. 4 sob, minor injuries reported by privacy data omitted
