From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On take off and landing gear retraction a noise was heard followed by 3 red landing gear indications. Emergency extension was conducted and resulted in 2 main gear green indicated. Flew by tower to verify nose gear was not down. Tower verified nose gear was still up. Attempted to lower nose gear with hand pump and maneuvers, nose gear door opened but gear did not come down and lock. Declared emergency, shut down engine on short final and landed with main gear and nose gear in the nose wheel well. No injures occurred.
