From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While landing on runway 9R with a crosswind of 12 knots gusting to 21 pilot touched down and removed all flaps. While rolling on the ground the wind gusted and pushed the tail of the airplane to the south changing the aircraft direction to the northeast. Pilot was hesitant to give the aircraft more right rudder and it in turn rolled to the north shoulder of the runway. As the plane entered the grass shoulder the nose gear sank and the aircraft ended in a nose down tail up position.
