What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
After landing on runway 36 aircraft (a) was observed making a sharp left turn at a high speed in a nose up attitude, transiting the grass and taxiway. Ground scars support the observations of the aircraft still being partially "in-flight" over the grass area adjacent to runway 36. Aircraft (a) impacted aircraft (b) that was unoccupied and tied down on the tarmac. The impact was determined to be at a speed of 30-40 miles per hour. The LH MLG collapsed on aircraft (a) at its final resting spot as a result of the right to left momentum forces placed on the landing gear by the impact. No post crash fire occurred. Aircraft (b) was destroyed, aircraft (a) was substantially damaged.
