From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

N824DM flight from kmtj to kosu, diverted into kcmh. Crew reported an anti-skid fail cas message after takeoff from kmtj followed by a hydraulic pressure cas message. The crew discovered that the flap indicator showed slightly aft of the fully stowed position. A visual check of the flaps was performed from inside the aircraft and no damage or abnormality was noted. The crew conferred with company maintenance and decided to continue with the flight. They determined to divert to kcmh due to the anti-skid issue and use the longer runway available. Upon landing at kcmh, the crew discovered that the left main tire had shed its tread and caused minor damage to the underside of the left wing and flap.
