From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Video footage obtained from the doylestown airport maintenance camera (kdyl), shows N6129V landing at 16:21:22 EST on runway 5. At 16:23:13 EST, the kdyl maintenance camera shows N6129V in front of the kdyl FBO, with the engine running, as a passenger enters the right passenger seat of the aircraft. At 16:26:53, N6129V departs runway 5 at kdyl.

Utilizing ADS-B airborne 1090, altitude, vertical rate (ft/min), airspeed speed, and ground track data, N6129V is shown beginning maneuvering at 21:29:00 EST. The following maneuvers performed by N6129V were consistent with the commercial pilot - airplane certification standards performance maneuvers. This data continued until 21:55:30 when the ADS-B data ended.

Video and audio footage from a doorbell surveillance camera picked up the sound of an aircraft engine at idle, going to high power at 16:56:23 EST. Over the course of the next (10) seconds, audio can be heard of the aircraft engine being retarded to idle, then to high power one more time. At 16:56:38 video and audio footage from the aforementioned surveillance camera shows N6129V making impact with the ground in an almost vertical nose low attitude, and a high rate of speed.

The debris field was mostly contained to the footprint of the aircraft. Though some parts were found throughout the neighborhood due to the explosion on impact. The main debris field contained both wings with respective ailerons and flaps. The empennage?s rudder and elevator was intact. The post accident fire destroyed the cabin forward of the empennage to the engine.

As the FAA filed it
