From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Departed merrill field for landing practice at willow airport, landed at willow for about 30 minutes, took off again and made two more landings, then departed for Birchwood Airport for one more landing before the planned return to merrill field. I entered the right downwind pattern at Birchwood Airport ( pabv) for runway 20R and landed normally on center line, while lowering the nose wheel to the ground the airplane unexpectedly swerve hard right, I was unable to recover in time and impacted the hard snow on the side of the runway, the airplane flipped over and ended up upside down.
