From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Before flight from hou, the pilot requested fuel from a hou FBO. Taxi and engine runup was normal. During rotation the aircraft was not able to develop power in both engines. The pilot made an emergency off field landing approximately 2 miles south of hou causing substantial damage to the aircraft and property on ground with minor injuries to pilot and passengers. Initial interview with pilot on scene, produced a fuel receipt showing the piston powered aircraft was fueled with jet-a fuel by the hou FBO before flight.
