From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

After landing, half way through the roll out the aircraft was behaving like the pilot was on the brakes. As he was slowing, he lowered the tail and adjusted his feet to ensure he was off the brakes. At about 5 to 10 mph he noticed that the toes of his shoes were hung up on something. He was able to free his feet by jerking them down. Unfortunately, it seems that during this action he may have momentarily and inadvertently engaged the brakes (toe brakes), as suddenly the aircraft flipped up over the nose. This is an experimental aircraft on it's second flight with 1.7 airframe hours.

As the FAA filed it
