From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

After landing on runway 21 and ID05 on roll-out at 30 mph pilot applied brakes and RH brake had not response. With LH brake on the aircraft veered hard left causing aircraft to go hard left while sliding sideways off the runway perpendicular to runway. RH main gear caught on softer terrain causing RH gear to collapse. Right wing impacted ground ground breaking both spars. Propeller struck ground causing sudden stoppage of engine. Nose cowling contacted ground. Aircraft came to rest 30 feet off runway. Pilot and passenger were not injured and were able to exit aircraft without assistance.
