From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The day of the incident, the crew left from srq to chn to practice landings after doing some maneuvers in route. The crew landed at chn and did 3 full stop taxi backs at the airport. Final takeoff from chn, after retracting the gear, the nose gear light was on and the gear was visible in the mirror mounted on the left engine cowling. Pilot lower the gear and left the gear down all the way back to srq. Upon arriving at srq, pilot asked the control tower for a visual landing gear position check. The landing gear was visually confirmed as down and the last landing of the day was completed as normal.
