From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot entered tlr airspace on a left downwind for runway 31 while announcing position. There was no response from an ag aircraft that was taxiing toward the runway presumably for takeoff. The incident pilot made a short approach to runway 31 in order to avoid a conflict with the ag aircraft on the ground. The incident pilot subsequently forgot to lower the landing gear while hastening to perform the short approach to runway 31. The aircraft landed with the gear retracted. The PIC exited the aircraft uninjured.
