From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft right outer wing made contact with the ground after crossing the runway threshold during the landing sequence to runway 31. PIC aborted the landing attempt and initiated a go-around. After entering the right downwind pattern, the PIC noticed the right outer wing was bent up at a 45 degree angle. PIC stated the aircraft was "difficult to handle". The right outer wing departed the aircraft during the transition from base to final. PIC stated, "the aircraft flew much better after the wing tip snapped off". PIC was able to land safely with no further damage to the aircraft. The PIC was not injured.
