From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Upon landing at klit, PIC applied brakes, anti-skid system failed causing brakes not to engage. PIC overrode anti-skid system, using emergency brakes per flight manual procedure (AFM premier 1/1A model 390, section 3A abnormal procedures - anti-skid failure), as aircraft got close to end of runway 36 PIC used firm pressure to emergency brakes, causing brakes to lock up simultaneously resulting in both left and right main landing gear tires to burst. Aircraft was unable to taxi clear of runway 36. Aircraft sustained minor damage to left and right main landing gear tire and wheel assemblies. No injuries reported.
