What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Pre-flight, engine start, and run-up were normal. Pilot initiated take-off roll and upon reaching 55 knots, rotated from the runway. Immediately upon rotation, stall light illuminated, the pilot leveled the aircraft with engine at full throttle, however could not prevent the aircraft from settling back to the runway along the its left edge. The aircraft departed the runway to the left and control was lost. The aircraft continued on, striking the ILS antenna, causing damage to both wings and the nose gear. The aircraft continued forward towards a taxiway, upon contact with the edge of the taxiway the nose gear was sheared from the aircraft. Continued across the taxiway, forward momentum of the aircraft being significantly slowed by contact between the fuselage and pavement, coming to rest just beyond the edge of the taxiway. The pilot suffered no injuries.
As the FAA filed it
PRE-FLIGHT, ENGINE START, AND RUN-UP WERE NORMAL.
