From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While landing, the pilot of the aircraft touched down on runway 18, rolled approximately 100 feet, then veered off to the left side of the runway. One propeller blade struck a precision approach path indicator and shattered. The right main gear hit a hole and seperarated from the aircraft. Due to the missing gear, the aircraft came to rest on its right side causing substantial damage to the right wing. The remaning propeller blade then contacted the ground causing damage to the engine firewall due to the sudden stoppage.
