What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During application of brakes, the aircraft nosed over. The propeller, left wing, and main langing gear fairings contacted ground causing minor damage. Pilot stated that he believes the parking brake was not fully disengaged prior to starting the takeoff roll, and that there was no discernable reduction in power.
