What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
After landing on a Remote Strip, the pilot taxied the aircraft off the strip into some tall grass. The area of tall grass also had several inches of standing water which concealed a rut. When the aircraft went into this hidden rut it caused the tail to come up flipping the aircraft over its nose landing upside down. The aircraft sustained substantial damage. The pilot being the only occupant was able to climb out of the aircraft and sustained no injuries.
