What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Aircraft was cleared to land on runway 33. There was an airliner waiting to depart. The pilot planned to land just beyond the threshold to allow for a turn off on the first taxiway so the airliner could depart as soon as possible. Just before reaching the threshold there was a significant downdraft which caused the plane to sink and it touched the lights on the threshold.
The pilot taxied to interstate aviation, inspected the plane and there was only minor damage. Nose wheel tire replaced.
