From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During landing at ksus, runway 26R, a student pilot was landing the aircraft and had pointed the nose slightly to the right of centerline. As soon on the nose wheel touched the runway, it collapsed, pulling the left rudder full down. The aircraft tipped and made contact with the runway on the wingtip. The student tried to correct, but the aircraft slide off the runway to a full stop. Mechanic statement "the torque links appeared to be cracked previous to the accident indicated by corroded portion of crack followed by shinny portion that was recently broken by the accident."
