From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot was on approach to 3O9 Grand Lake Regional landing on runway 35. It was an uphill approach and upon landing the pilot applied heavy brakes causing the blowing out the right main landing gear tire and running the left main landing gear until cord showed. Pilot stated "the flight was uneventful until landing. Upon touchdown and braking, the right main tire blew. We were able to remove the airplane from the runway with the help of some bystanders and the local fire department. No one was injured and there was no other damage to airplane."
