From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

According to the pilot he slowly advanced the power lever all the way forward and monitored the aircraft’s position on the runway as the tail was still down. The aircraft did not appear to be accelerating as quickly as it had in previous flights; however, on this flight, he was carrying a heavier load than on previous flights. As the tail came up, he discovered that he had used up about 90 percent of the runway. The aircraft did not appear that it was ready to fly since it was failing to gain lift.

He gently pulled back on the control stick in an attempt to clear the gate at the end of the runway. He felt the aircraft strike the gate and continued southbound across nicolaus avenue. As he crossed onto the roadway, he saw the right wingtip collide with a white privacy data omitted truck being driven eastbound on nicolaus avenue.
