From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot was on takeoff roll when he applied forward stick and raised the tail off of the runway. The plane maintained runway heading for a few seconds prior to yawing right. He applied left rudder to maintain runway alignment. The airplane then yawed hard left forcing him into the right side of the cockpit. As he attempted to maintain aircraft control, the airplane left the runway into the sod and bean field. The planes LH main gear broke away from the plane then the proppeller hit the ground and broke off the engine crankshaft. The plane came to rest upside down with the LH wing detached from the plane. The pilot broke out a window and escaped from the wreckage with no major injuries.
