From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

At approximately 1435Z local control sent nxxxxx C310 (VFR) around on runway 9 because it appeared his landing gear was up. Nxxxxx went around and a runway sweep was done by airport personnel to ensure the runway was clear (an onlooker advised the tower they thought something fell off of the airplane while over the runway). Gc had a security vehicle do a runway 9 sweep out of precaution and airport personnel advised they did not find anything of substance during their sweep. Nxxxxx did a low approach on runway 9 and local control advised their landing gear appeared down. Nxxxxx then landed runway 9 and taxied to east ramp without issue.
