From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During approach into lousia airport(klku) PIC experienced what may have been a wind shear and bounced on contact with runway. PIC performed a "go around" and second landing was normal. Pilot checked fuel and prepared to return to the origin airport (kmtn). During flight control checks PIC experienced what seemed to be resistance in the elevator controls. PIC made the decision to abort the flight due to possible control malfunctions. A follow up inspection by a certificated mechanic showed that the initial landing into klku had caused substantial damage to the aircraft skin around nose gear, the floor boards, and the engine firewall.
