From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While enroute to Stephenville Clark Regional Airport the incident aircraft experienced a dual alternator failure. The PIC identified the emergency and executed the procedures in accordance with the aircraft flight manual. Before landing the PIC actuated the landing gear using the manual pump lever until it reached its stop, PIC stated there was an indication for all 3 gear down and locked. Upon landing, during roll-out, the right main landing gear collapsed causing the aircraft to slide. During the slide the left main and nose gear collapsed and the aircraft exited the runway to the right coming to rest in the sod causing minor damage to the aircraft and no injuries.
