From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft departed airport gbr and upon landing gear retraction, pilot noticed unusual sound and gear light indications. Pilot chose to recycle the landing gear with the same indications. The pilot chose to deviate to kbaf airport and performed a couple of flybys so kbaf tower could observe if all landing gear were down. Tower advised it appeared the right main landing gear was not down and locked. Pilot advised tower he would like to land and tower advised the appropriate crash rescue, airport manager, etc. Aircraft landed without injuries but major damage.
