From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot flew to rdg to conduct touch and go's. on last attempt the pilot attempted to extent the flaps but the flaps did not extent to the first setting. Pilot decided to land the aircraft and not perform a touch and go due to the flap issue. Pilot extended the landing gear and confirmed the gear down and locked indicator was illuminated. Upon aircraft touching down the aircraft pulled to the right and pilot applied left rudder to attempt to keep aircraft on the centerline. Upon pilot applying left rudder the right main landing collapsed folled by the other gear.
