From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On November 27, 2024, at approximately 1828 pm central daylight time (CST), a Cozy, privacy data omitted, took off from sugar land regional airport (sgr) under visual flight rules (VFR) at 2,500 feet on a north heading for cox field airport (prx). At 1912 CST the pilot called longview airport (ggg)stating they are vacating 2,500 feet for 3,000 feet. Two minutes later pilot stated the aircraft was leaving 3,000 feet for 3,500 feet which was acknowledged by the tower. The aircraft began a right turn, an unexplained rapid descent and dropped off the scope at 1930 CST. The tower began making radio calls to the aircraft with no response. The ggg controller relayed all flight information to ft worth center and an alert notice (alnot) was issued at 1946 CST. The aircraft crashed under unknown circumstances at a high angle impact.
