What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Witnesses reported that the aircraft made two low-altitude passes over the pilot's property. On the third pass, the aircraft struck powerlines which extended across a ravine. The aircraft immediately crashed into the wooded ravine below the powerlines. GPS data and witness marks on the powerlines, trees, and aircraft confirm this sequence of events. A post-accident examination of the aircraft found no pre-impact anomalies that would have contributed to this accident.
