From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot stated as he was departing spot on the beach that he used before hauling fish. Pilot taxied down the beach and turned around and started take off roll. Pilot stated the plane was gaining momentum but not as fast as he thought it should be, and that the engine wasn't making full power. Pilot looked at the RPM and it was good but didn't look at the manifold pressure. And by the time the pilot realized it, it was to late to abort the take off. Pilot stated the plane was gaining speed slowly so he lifted off and tryed to keep aircraft in ground affect to build up speed but the right wing stalled and contacted the ground and rolled right and contacted some driftwood and big log.
